REPORT A FAULT

If you have an issue with your rental property that is managed by Redwell Estates, why not save yourself a phone call and contact us via our Report A Fault form below. This information will be emailed directly to our property manager and she will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible. Please note: all emails are monitored during working hours.



Please Note: Redwell Estates will attempt to get a tradesman to your property as quickly as possible, however we do have to report back to the landlord and take their instructions. In situations where Redwell Estates deem the problem to be an emergency i.e. gas leak, water leak then a tradesman with the landlord’s authority will enter the property without notice. Every effort to notify you will be made beforehand.

If there are problems with the building then we may have to contact the freeholder or Managing Agent who controls the property. This could take time as Redwell Estates do not manage the building. Any faults reported that are caused by the tenants negligence as stated in your tenancy agreement will be charged back to the tenant. This could include blocked drains and condensation problems or any breakages.
