Thank you for expressing an interest in renting a property through Redwell Estates Limited. This application is designed to extract all the pertinent information so that we are able to complete the referencing period quickly and satisfactorily. Please ensure all parts of the form are completed comprehensively.


A £200 holding deposit: This removes the property from the market for 4 (four) weeks whilst due diligence is completed and is subject to the landlords instructions. The deposit (£200) is part of the first month’s rent. Any application will only proceed once Redwell Estates hold a Holding deposit plus Administration Fees.

Our Fees: Redwell Estates Limited will make non-refundable charges of £150 including VAT @ 20% for the lead tenant and £100 including VAT @ 20% for each additional applicant over the age of 18 years who will be living at the property. Should you require a guarantor then we will make an additional charge of £100 including VAT @ 20%. We use Rent4Sure to carry out all references and credit checks. Please ensure all information is correct throughout the application.

Please Note: Should you decide to withdraw your application once agreement has been reached, the landlord may withhold your deposit (£200) to cover their costs for loss of marketing. Our fees as stated, are non-refundable.

  • A copy of your I.D (Passport and /or Driving License.)
  • Six months bank statements.
  • National Insurance Number.

24- 48 hours before the date set for moving in, (this will be agreed at the outset once you have paid your deposit and administration charges), you will need to arrange the following:

A bank transfer to Redwell Estates Limited Client Account. Funds of one month’s rent payable in advance in cleared funds plus the Security Deposit of One month’s rent less the Holding Deposit held (£200).

Redwell Estates Charges. We charge prospective tenants for the work we carry out on their behalf to support their application for accommodation through Redwell Estates Lettings. These charges cover the creation of a multi-page tenancy document, a multi-page Inventory including colour photographs and meter readings, a credit check with linked addresses and Check-in/out procedure. These fees are non-refundable.

Extending Your Tenancy: Once the initial tenancy comes to an end you may be able to extend your tenancy for another 6 months subject to the landlord’s agreement. The cost for this is £60.00 including VAT @ 20%. This would normally be discussed with you prior to the end of the fourth month of your tenancy period.
